Hi, my name is Leon Shillito and I am Director at Complete Sports Ltd!

I have 14 years of experience directing a sports coaching company and delivering an exceptional standard of sporting provision in primary schools.

My team and myself do everything possible in order to offer the most complete service to our schools. It may simply be setting up a lunch club, to taking over the entire sporting provision and transforming the schools PE offering.

The staff we take on are carefully selected after a rigorous selection process. Once part of the team they receive mentoring to adapt to our coaching style. We opt to salary nearly all of our staff in full time positions in order to attract the best candidates, using part time staff for cover and assistance at camps.

​

We are of course a UK registered business and deal with all our coaches tax/NI/pensions. We have all the required insurance, policies and other paperwork in place. Our staff all have relevant qualifications, safeguarding training, first aid training, and have enhanced DBS checks. With 14 years experience we know all the boxes that need ticking!
